Bay Residence

The Bay Residence is the quietest way into Skyline. One bedroom, a generous living room and a terrace deep enough for breakfast, all facing east so the first light of the day comes straight off the water.

Planned around the morning

The kitchen opens to the living room and the terrace beyond, so cooking, eating and sitting outside feel like one room. The bedroom has its own wall of glass and a bath with a deep soaking tub.
